The Hephaestus Project is an interactive project aimed at engaging the public in a collaborative experience of art making.  The end result will consist of finished craft objects, written documentation, and photo/video documentation.  As the work progresses, this site and information will be updated.

I am both an artist and an educator.  The enduring effort of my work is to add to the legacy of craft through our understanding of the hand-made while educating the uninitiated.
